PAYMENTS​

All confirmed sourcing requests require full payment before the item can be guaranteed.

Given the limited availability of many products we source, we kindly request that payment be made promptly upon receiving the invoice, which will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

We accept payments through bank wire transfer, PayPal and all major credit cards including American Express.

All payments made via PayPal or credit card are subject to an additional 3.5% transaction fee, as indicated on the invoice.

RETURN POLICY 

Any item sourced through Maastic luxury product sourcing are purchased to order, and is non refundable.

Should an order arrive as unexpected, you are responsible for reporting this to our team within 48 hours after receiving the item/item marked as delivered by DHL or Ferrari per strict company policy. 

 

SHIPPING

Your order will be processed & shipped the next business day upon receiving payment if the item has been confirmed available for immediate shipment. The item will be shipped from Maastic Ltd in central London or Stockholm via DHL express unless otherwise has been instructed or in person drop-off has been agreed on.

The total amount on the invoice is not always including of import taxes and duties to the end destination of the shipment. The amount of import taxes and duties will vary depending on the amount of products you have ordered, country of dispatch and total value. All import/duty fees are to be paid by you unless otherwise agreed.
 

Maastic ltd is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged packages in transit. However, If a problem would occur with shipment please contact us prior to filing a claim with the carrier so that we can find the best solution possible for both parties. 

Shipping insurance applies to the value of the item excluding service related fees for customs value purposes.  

You as the buyer and receiver are responsible for providing the correct address and double checking that the details are correct on the invoice prior to making payment in full. Should no changes to shipping address be communicated to us ahead of shipment your items will be dispatched to address disclosed on the invoice.

For items shipped directly from the brand, retailer, or auction house to the final destination, we do not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise during transit.

PRE-ORDERS & DEPOSITS

For pre-orders of items not yet publicly available, we will provide an estimated time frame on the invoice, as agreed upon with the retailer or supplier. Payment will be collected in advance of the item being received into our possession.

In the rare event of a delay in receiving the item, we will promptly inform the client. At that time, the client will have the option to either remain on the pre-order list or withdraw their order.

If you, as the buyer, choose to cancel a pre-order during the waiting period, you will forfeit your position in the queue to receive the item once it becomes available.

 

AUTHENTICITY

A 100% authenticity guaranteed policy applies to all items associated and sold with Maastic ltd. 

All items sourced & sold by Maastic are purchased directly from the boutiques or for pre-owned and collectible items, inspected and signed off by a high-risk authentication expert prior to delivery.

A 3rd party authentication document is available upon request against a deposit of 10-15% of the full amount for high value items.

CONDITION RATINGS FOR PRE-OWNED & COLLECTIBLE PIECES

The condition ratings comes in 3 tiers; Like new, Excellent and Very Good. They reflect the products condition as such:


LIKE NEW
The product is in pristine condition but might have been held to be seen up close and inspected, but never worn to any capacity. If tags are attached, this will be mentioned in the listing.

 

EXCELLENT
The product is in superb condition with only the slightest sign of handling by its owner. An example of this would be a hairline scratch, micro dent, minimal pull thread or shallow mark on the leather barely noticeable by the naked eye.


VERY GOOD
The product has been worn but cared for well. Minor wear can be seen throughout the object but well described and mentioned in the description in the listing.
Examples of condition remarks are; minor scratching on hardware, marks on material, plating wear, corner wear and /or structure wear. This will be clearly outlined in the listing description to be reviewed before purchase.


VINTAGE EXCELLENT OR VERY GOOD CONDITION
If a product has been labelled “vintage” before the condition rating this means with regards to its age. For instance, a piece from the 80’s or 90’s might show natural imperfections in it’s welding/engravings/structure/design form.
Design standards have changed throughout time in many cases for a majority of the branded pieces sold on Maastic.com and we ask that you take this into consideration when buying vintage pieces.
